Effort and Attitude Star of the Month August 2010 - The recipient of the award for this month is Alex, who has shown great effort and a mature attitude throughout the month. Most noticeable has been Alex's enthuiasm in her performances in the Team Poms and her regular practicing at home. Well done sweetie! xxxxx

Effort and Attitude Star of the Month July 2010 - The recipient of the award for this month is Dani, who has really stood out this month in her hard work and effort in learning and polishing her new Freestyle, as well as her usual fantastic team spirit. Well done Dani xxxxx

Effort and Attitude Star of the Month June 2010 - The recipient of the award for this month is Rachel, who has really shone this month in her performance and attitude within the Pom Poms team. Your hard work and positive approach have really paid off :) Well done hun xxxxx

Effort and Attitude Star of the Month May 2010 - The recipient of the award for this month is Ashleigh, who has worked her socks off this month most notably in the Pom Poms team. Lots of concentration, lots of efforts and as a result, lots of progress! Well done sweetie xxxxx

British Open 2010 - A very proud weekend for the club as we had our first ever athletes taking part at the British Open Competition, held at the UEA. Dani, Han and Tasha all performed fantastically well and were a real credit to both themselves and the club. We are so proud of you all xxxxx

May 2010 - Nationals Competition - Another superb weekend for the Rainbow competition - lots of success through a trophy, medals, finalists and semi finalists. You all performed beautifully in all of your events and we couldn't be more proud of you. You are a credit to yourselves, us and the club. Love you all xxxxx

Effort and Attitude Star of the Month April 2010 - The recipient of the award for this month is Tasha, who has shown a great worth ethic at training throughout the month and also real maturity in her work with other girls, in particular at the Easter Show. Well done hun! xxxxx

Easter Show 2010 - Another thoroughly lovely evening for Rainbow. Every single girl was a superstar in her own right - showing confidence, progress and professionalism in all areas of the show - well done girlies! A big thank you to all members of the extended Rainbow Family who turned out to support us - it was great to share the evening with you all. The £156.65 raised on the evening through the raffle and refreshments is a great boost for club funds. Thanks everyone! xxxxx

Effort and Attitude Star of the Month February 2010 - The recipient of the award for this month is Aimee in particular recognition of her consistent hard working attitude at training and her fab team spirit at the Areas competition. Well done sweetie! xxxxx

Areas 2010 - Wow girlies - you somehow managed to top your performances at Regionals! What a day - 34 places, 17 top three places and 7 Area Champions! Absolutely magnificent and we are so proud of you. You are really starting to get the rewards you deserve for all your hard work. Roll on Nationals! xxxxx

Effort and Attitude Star of the Month January 2010 - This month we've started a new award at Rainbow. Every month, this award will be given to the person we consider to have shown the highest standards of effort and attitude within the club. This can include working hard at training, showing an encouraging attitude to other members and high levels of team spirit at competitions. The recipient of the award for this month is Hannah for her hard work at training, her work with the younger team members, and her support and encouragement at the Regional competition. Well done sweetie! xxxxx

Regionals 2010 - What a competition! Undoubtedly Rainbow's most successful one yet. 30 places and 19 in the top 3! We are so very proud of you and are so pleased you are getting the recognition you deserve for the hard work you put in. We can't wait until Areas! xxxxx

Christmas Party 2009 - What a fantastic night! We really enjoyed spending the evening with everyone and hope that you all had a great night. Thank you to those who helped out during the party and for your support on the raffle - £105 raised is a fantastic total! 2009 has been a great year for the club - bring on 2010! xxxxx

Flipathon 2009 - Congratulations girlies! We smashed our 30,000 target by completing a massive 66,571 flips in the six hour period. We enjoyed our day with you all so very much and loved the mix of hard work and lots of fun and games. The £560 raised is a great boost to club funds and we can't thank you all enough. Bring on a similar event next year! xxxxx

Twirl Fest 09 - Arguably our best camp week yet! Thank you so much to all our girlies for making it such a fantastic experience for us all. So many special memories which will stay with us forever - Ladies Night, Fayre Night, Games Night and Bingo Night to name but a few. Not only did we have a fantastic time on holiday with you all, but what fantastic competition results we had too! 4th and 1st for our Junior and Senior Dance Team respectively, and a fantastic 6th place for Chloe in her Fancy Dress Poise. We must give a special mention to our Pom Pom Team for finishing 2nd in their group, and being the highest placed English team in the category. Well done everyone! xxxxx

26th September 2009 - Region 15 Open Competition: Well done girlies! You all had a great competition and put in some performances to be really proud of. You put so much hard work into your routines and we're delighted at how well you did. Bring on Camp! xxxxx

24th June 2009 - Happy 3rd Birthday Everyone! Rainbow is 3 years old! It's incredible to think how far the club has come in the time since we started it from scratch. You are all such a huge part of the fun, enjoyment and success of the club and we can't thank you enough for sharing Rainbow with us xxxxx

May 2009 - Nationals Competition - Our most successful Nationals ever! A huge well done to Dani, Hannah, Alex, Aimee, Ashleigh, Summer and Lainey for their fantastic performances over the weekend. You all excelled yourselves and we couldn't be prouder of you all.

February 2009 - Areas Competition: Wow girls, what a fantastic competition! We thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with you and your families and hope you had fun too. Your performances were all outstanding - your hard work over the past few weeks really shone through. We are so very proud of each and every one of you. Bring on Portsmouth! xxxxx

January 2009 - Regional Competition: What a fantastic competition for Rainbow Twirlers! After weeks of hard work on learning and practising routines, each and every one of our wonderful girls shone so brightly. 110% effort was put into every performance and the incredible results reflected this. We couldn't be more proud of you girlies - bring on Areas in a month! xxxxx


Rainbow Twirlers' 2nd National Festival Week turned out to be even better than our first. Our caravan proved to be a place of happiness and fun throughout the entire week - along with training and competitions, we shared makeovers, cake making, swimming, quizzes, trips to the amusements, battles on the Nintendo DS's as well as numerous bouts of Twister and Connect 4. The girls all excelled themselves at training with many rosettes, stickers and sweets achieved by them all. As usual, the performances at the competitions were something for us all to be proud of, as well as 5 of the girl's participation in 'Display Night'. A special mention must go to Aimee for her well deserved Spirit Award. Bring on Camp 2009!


13th September 2008 - Region 15 Open Competition: A big well done to all our fabulous girlies for their performances in the Region 15 Open Competition. Yet again, you have all worked so hard and deserved the good performances you put in. It was an extra special competition with Rainbow doing their first ever team event in Pom Poms - you were fantastic! Thank you also to all our wonderful Rainbow parents for your patience and support xx


24th June 2008 - Happy 2nd Birthday Everyone! Today is officially 2 years since our very first training session and what a 2 years it's been. We couldn't be happier with how the club is and we both get so much enjoyment out of sharing it with each and every one of you, parents and girls alike. Rainbow is exactly what we always wanted it to be - a happy little family where our wonderful girls can learn their sport and have fun at the same time. Thank you to all of you for your fantastic support and here's to a fantastic third year! xxxxx


May 2008 - Nationals Competition: What a weekend! We so very much enjoyed spending our time in Portsmouth with you all - that includes girls, parents, brothers and grandparents! We were so proud of all the girls and their performances - each and every one of you achieved in your own ways and showed what progress you continue to make in your twirling. Bring on next year! xx


April 2008 - Sponsorship News! We'd just like to say a huge thank you to Jane and John (Aimee's parents) and Lisa and Don (Ashleigh and Alex's parents) for their hard work in gaining us £550 worth of sponsorship! Their kindness has made a big impact and means we will soon be ordering a fantastic set of club pom poms. A big thank you to those who sponsored us - Safety Zone in Rackheath, QPac Packaging in Leamington Spa, Camtech in Essex and Lisa and Don. We can't thank you all enough! xx


March 2008 - Easter Show: A thoroughly enjoyable evening with the Rainbow Family! Our fantastic girls excelled themselves as always, both in their effort and their first class behaviour - we couldn't be more proud. It was wonderful to have so many people come and share in our evening, and thank you all sincerely for your part in raising a fantastic £127! xx


March 2008 - Area Competition: What a wonderful day! All our Rainbow girls performed exceptionally and did us all proud. Their hard work, effort and commitment over the past few weeks shone through in all their routines. A big well done to those who will be competing at the Nationals competition in Portsmouth in May - we can't wait! Thank you everyone for a lovely day yet again xx
